BOOKING CANCELLATION:
Bookings shall be honoured on ‘first-come first-served basis’, subject to
availability of cottages and rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
Booking cancellation requests will have to be sent by e-mail/telephone call. Guests may
cancel their reservation/booking free-of-charge 7 days prior to arrival. However total
price will be charged if the booking is cancelled there after.
RESTAURANT TERMS:
Outside food, beverages & liquor will not be allowed in the premises.
Guests causing nuisance or disturbing operations shall be asked to leave the premises
without any refund. Meals or breakfast will be served only in the Restaurant. For food
and beverages rates are subject to change.
Breakfast: 7.00am - 10.30am
Lunch: 12pm - 3pm
Dinner: 7pm - 10pm.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
Guests will be held responsible in case of any loss or damage to the
property caused by any of them either individually or collectively. Guests indulging in
such unlawful act shall be driven out of the property without any refund and appropriate
legal action shall be initiated against them, if needed.
ROOM LINE:
2 bath towels and 2 hand 1 bath mat towels are provided per cottage.
Guests will not be allowed to carry the room linen outside the premises.
SMOKING & LIQUOR:
Smoking and Consumptions of liquor is strictly prohibited in the hotel
premises.
TERMS OF SECURITY AND VALUABLES:
Guests are supposed to take care of their personal belongings and
valuables. Resort management will not be responsible in case of loss or damage of the
valuables of the guests.
GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS:
It will be imperative upon the guests to observe the government rules and
regulations, as applicable from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic
beverages, firearms etc.
